Terms & Conditions

The terms and conditions of TREEHOUSE SAUNA NAAS are outlined below.

If you are making this booking on behalf of a group, it is your responsibility to make all users aware of these terms and conditions and to follow safe sauna practices.

Sauna Rules & Guidelines:

All guests use the sauna at their own risk. Risks include potential injury or health complications. If you have any medical conditions, including heart issues, high or low blood pressure, pregnancy, or are taking prescription medication, consult your doctor before booking. If unsure, do not use the sauna.

Anyone using (e.g., river, plunge pool) for cold therapy does so at their own risk. Ensure you are capable of handling cold exposure and are a competent swimmer.

Personal belongings can be stored in the changing rooms at your own risk. TREEHOUSE SAUNA NAAS is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items.

Alcohol and smoking are strictly prohibited in the sauna. Consuming alcohol before or during your session can lead to dizziness, dehydration, and other health risks.

Swimwear must be worn at all times. Nudity is not permitted within the sauna or surrounding public areas.

Remove jewelry before entering the sauna to prevent burns. Avoid wearing swimwear with metal elements, as they may heat up and cause injury.

Wearing prescription glasses in the sauna is not recommended, due to possible heat damage to frames and lens coating.

TREEHOUSE SAUNA NAAS reserves the right to refuse entry to intoxicated guests or anyone posing a safety risk. No refunds will be issued in such cases.

Sauna Etiquette:

  • Limit your time inside the sauna to 5-15 minutes per session. Leave immediately if you feel unwell, dizzy, or lightheaded.

  • Use the ladle provided to carefully pour water on the hot rocks. Only use the designated sauna water.

  • Enter and exit the sauna carefully, moving slowly and allowing space for others.

  • Never touch the stove or open the stove door. Only trained staff may operate the stove.

  • Do not hang towels or clothing inside the sauna, as this poses a fire risk.

  • Keep access points clear to allow safe movement.

  • Be considerate of other sauna users and check before adding water to the rocks, as this increases steam and heat.

  • Drink plenty of water before and after your session to stay hydrated.

  • Avoid eating right before using the sauna.

  • Sit on a towel inside the sauna to maintain cleanliness.

  • Avoid applying lotions or creams before entering the sauna, as they can block pores.

  • Protect hair from heat damage by using a towel or sauna hat.

  • After your session, cool down gradually in fresh air or cold water. Use open water at your own risk.

  • Rest for at least 10 minutes after your session to allow your body to adjust.

Changing Rooms:
It is recommended to use the changing rooms within your booked time slot. Arrive 5-10 minutes before your appointment to maximize your experience.

A trained TREEHOUSE SAUNA NAAS staff member will always be available for any questions or assistance. Please inform us immediately if you need help.

Treehouse Sauna Waiver

Treehouse Sauna Rules & Guidelines

Use of the Treehouse Sauna is entirely at your own risk. Potential risks include bodily harm or, in rare cases, more severe outcomes. If you have any concerns about using the sauna, such as pre-existing medical conditions, health issues (including high or low blood pressure or heart-related conditions), pregnancy, or the use of prescribed medication, it is strongly advised to consult your GP before booking or using the sauna. If unsure, it is best to avoid using the sauna.

Swimming in the river or other open water is not permitted at this time. Anyone wishing to use the cold plunge pool provided do so at their own risk. It is your responsibility to ensure you can tolerate exposure to cold temperatures safely.

The changing rooms may be used to store personal belongings during your session, but this is done entirely at your own risk. Treehouse Sauna accepts no liability for lost, missing, or stolen items.

Alcohol and smoking are strictly prohibited in the Treehouse Sauna. Consuming alcohol before or during your sauna session can lead to lowered blood pressure, dizziness, fainting, or dehydration, and should be avoided.

Nudity is not allowed in the Treehouse Sauna or the surrounding public areas. Swimwear must be worn at all times during your session.

To prevent burns, remove all jewellery before entering the sauna. Ensure your swimwear does not have any slimming panels or metal components that could heat up and cause skin burns.

Treehouse Sauna staff reserve the right to deny entry to individuals who appear intoxicated or if there are other concerns that may pose health and safety risks. Refunds will not be issued for anyone refused entry.
